  • I just have to mark them down. I know I said the cabinets are so amazing, that I could over look the customer service, but I just can't anymore. After they installed all my cabinets, (I was recovering from surgery), a few days later, I was finally was able to go look at all of them and noticed the doors were incorrect. I had ordered a rounded design on the doors, and all of them were square and sharp. I called to discuss with Rob, and he said he would have to review the file. He tried to make it sound like it was only the kitchen doors that we were matching, because I'm sure he did not want to replace them all, but we never agreed to 2 different door styles. However, I was fine with him only replacing the kitchen doors to match. But don't try to tell me I ever agree to those square designed doors. I sent him the text he sent me of the rounded design we chose in the beginning Yet, he said he still had to go look. Ok. Well when he confirmed, he said they would order the new doors for the kitchen, and get back to me in a few weeks. Well, of course, no one ever got back to me. I called a couple weeks later and what do you know, they were in. Thanks for calling me. They came over a few days later and installed the new doors. I still stand by how nice the cabinets are, but even after I pointed out the door mistake, I never received an apology from Rob.just seems like good customer service to me. Also, I worked on government contracts for years, and when a contractor does not meet terms of the contract, whether they be timelines or problems with construction, they give compensation. They never offered any compensation for any mistakes they made or delays in installation. Even McDonalds will let you keep the burger with onions on it while they make you a new one without. I'm not sure anymore I would use them again. I prefer someone who cares about their customers AND does good work.
