I went for the first time and got the diamond package. I couldn't tell that any interior work was done at all, though I asked for this specifically. My real complaint is about how they handled damage to something in the car. I have Progressive insurance and have the Snapshot device under my steering wheel. When they took my car through, they didn't adjust the seat, so an employee broke the device when he sat down. When I picked up the car at the end, I noticed because half of the plastic piece was on the floor. I pulled off to the side and a manager came to talk to me. He was not apologetic at all and insisted that the thing was already broken before I could even say anything. He kept saying "it's clearly been glued before". Not sure if my insurance company will charge me for the device or not, but all the manager did was give me his card.
My boyfriend went there a week later and he said that the employee who took his car through stole the spare change in the car.
In short: awful customer service, overpriced. Didn't even bother with the coupons from the diamond package. I'll go elsewhere next time.
