| - I am annoyed at Shaggy, b/c it sort of reminds me of a puppy shearing mill. I made a grooming appointment for my small dog, 2 weeks prior, for her to be dropped off on a Saturday at 9:30AM. When we dropped her off, we were quoted to return in 3 1/2 hours, far longer than any other time we have been quoted prior. Previous timeframes were always 2 to 2.5 hours, so it was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the receptionist lady asked "have you guys been here before?"
Are you kidding me?! That visit was our fourth time, and our dog has a unique marking and name!! We went back to pick up our dog at 12:45PM, but was told that they are running behind, so come back in another hour to hour and a half. My husband argued with them, they reluctantly agreed to another 45-minutes! Really?! What is the point for making an appointment? And it is not our fault that the business is disorganized and for overbooking clients in an effort to make an extra buck.
After we picked up our dog, she kept on rubbing her head & neck against the couch and on our rug, which was an unorthodox behavior. Few days later, the odd behavior-mystery was solved by deductive reasoning. My poor dog has an abrasion on the dorsal/back part of her neck from the horrible and careless groomer! We will never take her back again!
