  • We have lived at the Belmont for over a year and have really had a great experience. The maintenance is superb. They come out very quickly. Ann recently brought my dryer back to life. It works amazing!! Can we request her to come back for other things when needed? Very thorough work. :) The grounds are kept very clean and organized. The staff is very personable and reasonable. A couple shout outs to low star reviews: Yes a mortgage could run you a similar rate to your rent. If you qualify for a mortgage, than go get one. How exactly is that the Belmont's fault? Also, news flash...as this is an apartment community, you will hear your neighbors now and again. (Again you are free to buy a house if you so choose.) If they are super loud at inappropriate times security or the office will address it for you. Whenever they need to turn water off, or electricity or install new extinguishers, they place notices at each door, a couple days before. Usually the work is done in the mid to late morning so if you work, you'll probably be gone anyways.
