  • If you enjoy to be lied to, then this is the store for you! Before I had my enveloped certified mailed by them, I had specifically asked if it was the same price as going to USPS. The response was "yes". Paid $12.73 for a regular certified mailed envelope which only costs about $6.95 at the post office. I inquired with another store and they said they do charge additional fees and that employee was supposed to let me know that. My partner normally takes care of these tasks and knew right away that he lied and ripped me off. Your manager will be getting a visit real soon. Totally unacceptable!
