I have been going to this starbucks for many years and have tried to give this store many opportunities to improve. I've noticed since the new manager, this store is at its lowest point. The turnover rate is unreal. I don't recognize anyone's face and they are always training someone new. They do not make the drinks correctly. The baristas seem to be overwhelmed and I have witnessed the manager being uncomfortably rude to his employees on many occasions. I honestly am not coming back to this store until there is a restructuring of management and my drinks are made correctly.
Update: So, typically and naturally I think that a manager of a store reaches out to a low scoring review. Usually this is to take ownership of the problem. But, I just received this strange reply blaming all of the - current - high turnover and how poorly he treats his employees on the - prior managers-. He brought up some strange internal issues that were highly unprofessional. Needless to say he did not save my business. Obviously there's a disconnect.
