  • This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've purchased 3 different Audis and moving forward I will ONLY consider purchasing cars from Audi Henderson. I had started my search for a new car online and narrowed down the car I wanted and reached out to Audi Boulder in Colorado, Audi Las Vegas and Audi Henderson. You can't even compare the level of professionalism between the three. Let me explain... I was lucky enough to work with Bob Breisch, at Audi Henderson who is extremely kind, patient, accommodating, and professional. He did exactly what he said would in terms of cost, no added nonsense, or last minute "hidden cost". Whole process was transparent and dare I say EASY. Moreover, when we set-up times to talk on phone and meet in person, he was ready for my visit. This was the opposite of what I experienced at the other two dealers. Mr. Breisch's professionalism set the tone for what was to be a seamless transaction. I was literally in and out of the the Finance Office in less than 30 minutes, my compliments to Laura Lopez. Ms. Lopez handles the "money" part of the transaction and was a pleasure to work with! Oh I almost forgot to mention Austin who assisted me when I picked up my new ride. He patiently went over all of the technology, offered to come to my home and program the garage door opener. The best part he was able to program the opener in about 2 minutes while I was still at the dealership and it worked like a charm. He gave me his contact info and said not to hesitate to contact him with any questions. Whoever is managing this dealership should be proud of their team.
