The Rush Tower corner suite has been my go-to spot for years but I think the quality has fallen off the map.
1. Bath tub faucet knob was broken, we could only run the shower. We went to the front desk to let them know and the guy at the desk was not happy to speak to anyone. He did absolutely nothing.
2. No Golden Nugget slippers in our room. We called downstairs and they said they'll run some up. They never showed.
3. They gave us a bunch of coupons when we checked in, all of which not valid. Why give coupons to someone if they are worthless?
4. No water in the room, I called the front desk and they said they'll run some up, they never showed.
The Rush Tower always provided a good experience but for last year now, everything has gone downhill, poor service, poor quality and less value.
Lastly I should say the Fremont Street experience used to be wild and fun, now it's a mix of nutjobs and homeless people. The whole experience is failing hard. People do go, but it is not nearly as popular as it was before the casinos allowed all the crazy homeless people.
