  • The two cleaners that they sent to my house were awful. I had a total of 6 hours of cleaning scheduled. I asked them to clean baseboards, floors and finger prints off of cabinets and doors, and dust. I also asked them just to strip them he sheets off the guest bed so I could wash the sheets. They said that the baseboards were too hard to clean, so I did them to show them that a sponge and some kitchen cleaner and they were not that bad. They were still dirty after they did them, so I asked them to redo them before they left. 5 minutes later I hear, goodbye and the door shut quickly behind them. The kitchen floor looked as though they just slid a wet mop over the service and let the dirty water dry in the tile. Floors were still dirty. They completely avoided mopping the tile floor in the living room. They made the bed on the master bedroom but there were throw pillows under the comforter leaving a big bump in the blanket, and the comforter was hanging long on one side of the bed and short on the other and the same with the guest room and they never did stripe that bed, so I had to do that when they left. In six hours all they touched was the kitchen, living room, master bathroom was cleaned ok and a powder room and guest bedroom. They did not touch one whole bathroom, 3 bedrooms, or a family room. The areas they did clean needed to be cleaned again, when they left. Waste of money and frustrating. I have had a single woman clean my house for 5 hours and she managed to clean everything perfect by herself in an hour less time. They did not introduce themselves when they arrived and they didn't leave a sheet letting me know what they attempted to clean and what they couldn't get to.
