Cardio Barre Las Vegas is amazing! It took me a few classes to get familiar with the ballet/barre/cardio routine but each class I do I can see incremental changes in my core, legs and butt & I feel so STRONG! My usual workout is running & yoga so I am so happy to find something I enjoy & challenges me to cross train. 60 min really does fly by! You can tell Lisa & the other instructors are dancers by trade and that they love teaching & want to help you get the most out of each class. The studio is clean & always smells fresh. There are 1, 2 & 3 lb weights + alcohol spray to sanitize after each workout. Don't forget to bring water & a towel.
