  • Okay so my wife and I have been at the wyatt for a few months now and we really enjoy our apartment. We toured anthought the ladies in the office were very helpful and the application process was easy. With this being said we read the reviews for this property before applying and we were very shocked and almost didn't apply. The reviews talking about break ins really scared my wife. we asked the girls in the office about it and they couldn't say much but apparently (also looked this up and it was on the news) there was a string of break ins throughout this area a few months back where the guy hit random homes up and down the 215. This doesn't make this property "prone to burglaries" as other reviews have said. They do have security avail. 24/7, they use unity one a reputable company. We also had a security system installed. The reviews about scorpion infestations...? No. Don't get me wrong we've seen a scorpion outside but we also take advantage of the fact that they offer pest control service everyweek. We do live in the desert after all and bugs are hard to avoid. After touring ALOT of other communities we decided to rent here because the location is awesome with everything you need 5 mins away, they have a lot of grassy areas for our dog, and the price was less than other apartments in the area. We would recommend an upstairs unit because we didn't want to hear anyone above us (light sleepers) sometimes we can hear our neighbors cabinet slam. If you have a dog maybe go with carpet too because the wood floors are beautiful but hard to keep clean with all the dog hair. We really love it here and we're happy with our decision.
