  • My family and I went to Red Robin to celebrate my sisters birthday. We had waited a substantial time for our food. About the time we went to find out waitress to say something the manager Jon approached our table. He informed us that the ticket had not been out with the tray so the food had gotten cold. He told us that they were remaking the food and that our food would be on him because of the mistake. He also gave us a free appetizer or desert for our next visit. This was a top notch display of service and care for the customer. I will definitely be back here again. On top of that the food was very good.
