rev:text	If I could give 0 stars I would! I myself am in the customer service business so I know people usually only write bad reviews and no good ones. I usually will write good ones because of that, but not this time! I had complained a few times about electrical things going weird in my car. They explained if they can't repeat it they can't find it. I somewhat understand and agree with this. We left for vacation and left my car their FOR A WEEK! I have a laundry list of things that needed to be done, within 3 hours they called stating all was done. Once again couldn't duplicate the issue so in their eyes no issue. Low and behold a few weeks after picking up my car it wouldn't start. My husband use to be a mechanic for 15 years and he even said battery was good, the tow truck driver said it was good. When the tow truck driver opened my car door my radio started playing, the ignition started making beeping noise like the keys where in it, THEY WEREN'T! And also my navigation screen came on. Please note NO KEYS IN IGNITION! The tow truck driver said wow I've never seen that before looks like an electrical issue. My husband explained to Austin what happened. Within in 45 minutes they called and said it was the battery and replaced it. I asked if he explained all what happened to mechanic and he said the mechanic did his job. This went on for a day because all we wanted was to talk to the mechanic and Austin said he was busy every time we asked. It is now a month later and my speaker lights are flashing again just like they did before my supposed battery died and they can't duplicate. I tried explaining to Austin I wanted to talk to mechanic because we feel it's an electrical issue that is slowly draining the battery. I even emailed Austin a few days later explaining and no response, I also called and left a message for the manager. No return call and no return email! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!
