  • I would never recommend this particular office for Safelite to anyone. In fact, I would avoid it at all costs. My appointment was rescheduled three separate times and each time they moved it, they would put me at the end of the timeframe or say they were arriving late. During my fourth appointment, I finally called to speak with a manager to request that they waive the fee for my wiper replacement due to all the hassle and they never returned my phone call. I completely understand that things happen that are out of their control (the manufacturer gave them the wrong molding for my windshield) but you should make someone a priority when things like this happen. I was so patient the first two times they couldn't complete the work, but for the third appointment, I specifically advised Monica in the office I needed to be somewhere by 2pm so the tech could not be late. She assured me since it was a 7-12 timeframe this wouldn't be an issue, but they ended up being late anyway. So, I had to move it and schedule a fourth appointment. I was polite to everyone through all of it, so for a manager to never even call back, I felt that was incredibly unprofessional and flat out asked for this bad review. It took their tech Matthew (who did a great job on my windshield) to call the office and get the wiper fee waived like I asked. He was awesome and deserves to work somewhere with more competent and customer focused office staff.
