Read the previous reviews and was excited to find such lovely things said about D&W. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get these guys to reply to me. Why do they have an inquiry section on their website, if they don't intent to use it to convert potential customers into actual customers. Haha. Massively counterintuitive.
Send out another inquiry to an alternate mechanic shop in Tempe with equal reviews and they responded in minutes. This is how a good "customer experience" model should work - they got my business.
They may be good mechanics, but to get new customers, they need to dedicate some more time to developing a customer service process that establishes trust via communication, rather than the perceive lack of professionalism due to lack of communication, that I am left with.
