  • I ran into the worst employee ever at this location. I went here with my elderly mother who is the biggest Dutch Bros fan. The girl who served us had a friend or someone she already knew ordering in front of us and they talked for about 5 minutes while a line formed. When we got to the window my mother and I ordered our drinks and the girl asked me if I needed a stamp card and I said "yeah" and she didn't hear me and raised her voice saying "Just say yes or no!" I wrote to Dutch Bros about my experience and got coupons but it still doesn't change the fact that someone made my mom wait while they had an entire conversation about "high school days" then disrespected me by raising their voice at me.
