  • NEVER BUY FROM VANS CHEVROLET AND STAY AWAY!!!!! Van Chevrolet is horrible and provide worse customer service in the valley. We were looking at a PreOwned 2015 Sienna Minivan based and visited the dealer on Sunday early evening on Jan 28th. After test drive I mentioned to Ross about a scratch on driver side which he acknowledged that "they can take care of jt". I called my wife to drive into the dealer and take a look. Our eales people handled are Ross and Keith. During the negotiation Keith was rude in dealing with us and provided horrible customer service. The next day I was online trying different sites for Minivan and one site asked me to provide my contact information for the same vehicle at Van Chevrolet. Late in the afternoon I received a call from Ross who connected me to Keith. During our conversation I told him that he talked rudely which he accepted and apologized. After some conversation back & forth. Keith and I agreed at price and I asked to send me quote and hung up. I called him back after 5 min because I remembered the scratch to which Keith AGAIN rudely talking and I told him "No one will buy car with a scratch" and reminded him about our conversation from the day before and then hung up the phone canceling the deal VERY RUDE. Same salesman providing back to back horrible customer service to same customer. I called back about 1 hour later to complain to Vincent who is Keith's manager (so called). Ended up telling Vincent my scenario and the way we were treated. Glad we didn't make the deal. NEVER TO VANS CHEVROLET AND STAY AWAY!!!!!
