  • This store is becoming so bad..especially their customer service! Went there tonight to pick up some So Royal Canine urinary for my 5 pound Yorkie, as he is on this medicated food the rest of his life. It's to protect his bladder from getting stones again! I finally found this woman who was limping with a boot on her foot, and a guy who also works there with her. I Ask them if they can help me, and told them what I needed for I don't see any on the shelf. Could you please check in the back for some? So she told the guy to go and help me, and right in front of me, he told her okay, but after this I'm going to lunch!!..so he walked to the shelf with me and said, well I guess we are out! So I said yah, I see that, can you check in the back for me? And he said , I've been back there already, we don't have any! Yah Right..this ass was to worried about eating his lunch then helping me out!! He didn't even want to bother to check for it! Lazy customer service!!! Many times I've gone there, they have gone to back and bought a new case up front! So Pissed, Told the dude you people don't seem to keep this special food in stocked enough, and I don't understand why? The lake mead store always has it in stocked! I'm so done with this store. plus the store seems to be getting dirty and especially out front! They could power wash out front with all the pee in front where people walk in! I'll be taking my business to lake mead or the Rainbow store! Which both are further away, but customer service is much better!! I Have had to many problems with this store and with this special food! Improve your customer service!!!
