  • The service is EXCELLENT. I have absolutely no qualms about saying that the people at the Sherman Avenue store are friendly and ready to provide excellent service to their customers. I do think, however, that the prices have become a little less friendly in the last couple of years. As for the actual dry-cleaning and laundry service, it's average - not great and not bad. Sometimes, that's the best you can expect. What keeps me coming back is the store manager and the convenience.
