  • Terrible customer service. If I could give a 0 I would! I walked in this morning around 9:15am asking for gel removal service. They asked me if I wanted a fill I told them "No thank you just a gel removal this time." Charlie took me in and started removing my gel off. He was very rough as he wanted to get me out of there quickly, while he was removing my nails he asked if I wanted gel polish and I politely said "No thank you." (Again) He had another appointment waiting for him so he grabbed acetone and let me soak my nails for a few mins. He came back to check on my nails once and then his coworker took over. She was very rude, she didn't even greet me, she just grabbed my nails and started removing my gel in a bad way, like she was forced to service me. She asked me if I wanted gel polish and I told her "no thank you" (again) she told Charlie something in their language and then told me "Don't come back here if you aren't going to get acrylic done. Go back to the place you got your gel and they will remove it for you" I felt SUPER embarrassed and in shock when she said that because there were two ladies sitting next to me which I believe they heard everything. I asked her why did Charlie take me in in the first place and why do they have that service listed on their price list. I was very specific about which service I wanted when I walked in. She ignored me and told me to go wash my hands.. When I came back from washing my hands she was gone so I assumed the service was done. I paid Charlie since he was the only one in the front. I am very disappointed, that has to be the worst service I've ever gotten in my life. I will never come back here.
