  • HORRIBLE office, please avoid at all costs. I have permanent scarring and loss of joint mobility after what was supposed to be a simple, elective procedure. I was left with an open wound that took 3 months to heal despite being a healthy, active 22 year old with no medical problems. Now 9 months later I am still in daily chronic pain with permanent effects on my hand. My life has been permanently changed because of the carelessness of PA Ron Rodriguez, who never even had me sign informed consent until after my procedure was finished (probably when he realized his huge error in my procedure). The administrative staff is rude, cold, and unwilling to help fix this situation. Almost a month's worth of my phone calls and emails went ignored and I have been hung up on multiple times by a receptionist named Jennifer until I filed a complaint with the NC Medical Board against this joke of a practice... then in the middle of corresponding back and forth via email with a manager, Jan, the communication abruptly stopped and now again, all of my efforts at reaching out have been ignored. These people do not think about anything but money and couldn't care less about what they have done to me. I am so disgusted and hurt by the actions of these careless "medical professionals" and I would not wish this experience on anybody. Please, please, please think twice before you come here!
