  • I work for Clark County am required to hold a CDL. Dr Forbes is approved by the DOT and is on the list for Clark County Employees. I'm not sure about the other reviewer's experience, but I have always been treated fairly, and professionally by this practice. The only negative I can report is that CDL physicals require cash payments, and the practice does not accept debit or credit cards for them. I will continue to use & recommend Dr Forbes for CDL physicals.
