This is a great museum looking for a collection. The architecture of the building is top-notch, as are the staff and gift shop. The problem is that none of Warhol's iconic works are here -- sure there's plenty of Warhol to look at, but given that this is the "Warhol Museum," one would hope that it would contain the paintings that made him iconic. It doesn't.
The exhibition of his film and video work is comprehensive -- one could spend a day just viewing the various works on display. But the thing about video is that it's not the exclusive property of the museum -- it's available elsewhere if you want to find it.
Overall, I was very disappointed. I expected to see a lot more than what they have.
