I had heard great things about Yojie so I came for lunch on a saturday. I did not know what to expect as I had never heard of shabu shabu, the restaurant's specialty. The waitress sat me down at a counter and explained the menu, the sauces, and the cooking process. After she teaches you it is pretty self explanatory - you simply dip the meat and vegetables into the cooking broth and cook it as long as you want. You can then even make a soup out of the used broth if you desire. You also get a few sauces for dipping. With each shabu shabu meal you are given noodles and vegetables, as well as the chosen meat. I only had the geisha and was full after eating the entire ensemble.
The meal was delicious, unique, and a must visit if looking for something unique in Las Vegas. It costs around $15-$20 depending on the meal chosen, so not too expensive. The seating is at the counter though so it could be a problem if you have a large group, but other than that I recommend this place. Shabu shabu is one of my new favorite meals.
