  • Stow-Kent recognizes that pets are part of your family. When my mom's dog was hit by a car, the office sent a sympathy card. It was very nice of them since my family was devastated and few people are very sympathetic over the loss of a pet. They have been very good with me when I hauled my cat in, near hysterics over him being very ill. Their person who was on call for the emergency line was very thorough with us and patient as well. I do very much agree with the other reviews that say they are on the pricey side. They are very much so, but they do allow you to split up payments which has helped us get care for sick pets when we wouldn't have had the money up front to do so. The phone staff doesn't always seem to know the pricing of standard procedures, which can be frustrating to plan. They are also straightforward when they are in the appointment with you about prices and your options.
