  • Just another typical work from home Wednesday, and these two random guys show up at my door expecting to inspect my new home... They claimed to represent Simply Comfort (and I actually believe them). They claimed I should've received a letter in the mail informing me of the inspection, which I did not. To the management team at Simply Comfort: please stop sending these unsolicited home inspectors! At least have the courtesy of calling to make an appointment. It's not pleasant especially when your staff doesn't seem to take 'No' for an answer gracefully. Who on earth would feel comfortable letting a bunch of strangers into their home for "home inspections"??
