  • While the space is nice, the contractors definitely cut corners. It is VERY loud. My floors shake from the music my neighbors are playing and I hear the garbage truck come every morning at 5AM which wakes me up. There is a hospital near by and the sirens can be heard as though you are next to them. Our neighbors have also complained about being able to hear us WALKING on our floors. It is just two of us- no kids no pets and we work 12 hours a day...just the usual kitchen to couch routine. I have lived in apartment's and shared communities my entire life and am used to hearing my neighbors a bit- but it is very bad here. Also, the managers don't care. They send emails between the complaining parties without taking any responsibility or doing anything about it. These complexes are brand new...first heavy rain and our ceiling started leaking. Very unhappy with the construction. We cannot wait for our lease to end so we can move out.
