  • it is the worst place in my Life .Buying car from this dealership. It happen in Canada. Bought abrand new Chevrolet cruze.After drivind home anxious to check underbody rust proofing paid $899,To my surprise ,the underbody has excessive rust.Look like an used car.I went back to roy foss to complained,to sales manager sean cecil. first word he spoke to me is talk to general motor.This dealearship do not have any responsibility .as soon you signed and drive out it your problem. I have to trade in my brand new car. I suggest to people you can buy car somewhere else but no roy foss.Thornhill , yonge st. which I have a very bad experienced,I do not feel good , when I see the word Roy foss.
