  • I was lied to by a salesperson named Andrew working in the TV department at this location. He told me that all TV's would be obsolete in 4 years if they were not 4K and that we all HAVE to buy new 4K TVs or they won't work. I'm like "really, my 1080 TV will have to be replaced or I can't watch any programming in 4 years?". He replied YES. Buyer Beware...these guys must work on commission and will tell you anything to sell a TV. Shame on Best Buy.
