  • They handled my car accident from Jan 12 of 2017 I felt they did a decent job with that, took them a long time to finally settle (end of November ish of 2017) but come to find out they didn't dispense payment to the hospital I went to and now I have a collection account open against me so I call Brian and his assistant answers and tells me they'll look into it and will call me back the next day, didn't hear back for a week.. called them and they don't want to pay the balance and now I'm stuck with a bill they forgot to pay for the hospital and basically told me to shove it, never again. Took the money and ran
