  • Went back for some nostalgia when I brought my family to Madison. Unfortunately, Ella's has gone downhill fast. The place is desperate for a relocation and new professional staff. The guy working the carousel was intimidating people for tips. Meanwhile, many unruly customers everywhere smoking ciggies and using profanity while kids are trying to enjoy the ride. Relocate and return to a Madison staple. This area is horrible.
