Our experience was terrible. The place was virtually empty, so I can't even give them a pass due to being busy. The alleys are not finished properly, so wearing bowling shoes is pointless. You actually squeak all the way down the alley as you attempt to bowl. I asked the wait staff and front desk person for powder and was told they didn't have any. We had to go to the front desk twice to have the pins reset and finally we were told to move to another alley. Super convenient. At the end of our game, I asked to speak to the manager. I told her that our experience was not good and I listed the reasons why. Another gentleman came over and told me that he had been in the bowling business for 30 years and the lanes are not waxed, I wasn't arguing the finer points of the bowling business, just trying not to squeak our way down the alley each time we attempted to bowl. The manager said she would do a better job educating her staff. I am still wondering how that helps me recoup my $60.
