  • My wife and I had our roof and A/C replaced after the Hail Storm a couple years ago, I have to say I was hesitant to use Hobaica to start with, my wifes father uses them and has been happy, he is loyal to a fault, I on the other hand more skeptical. SO we got quotes from a couple places and settled on Hobaica, After we received our quote I tried contacting them and it took over a week to get a response. But when I mentioned this they apologized and it didn't happen again. Now we are on a "service" plan with them and I am literally unimpressed. Nothing wrong per say but just lacking that "service first" mentality. They did a good job with our A/C unit so that part was okay, there communication needs work and the service guys should at least appear to care about the people they cannot sell anything to. Overall I cannot say I would recommend them to anyone but as long as my unit is under warranty I am stuck with them. They do offer a free filter every month if you are willing to pick it up from their office, and when they service it they do replace the filter which is nice
