  • I have used Discount Cab for 10 years. It used to be a great company (on time, friendly), but in the past year their service has just fallen apart. Three times now they have been 30 or more minutes late or have lost my reservation. I make at least 3 trips a month to the airport. You have lost my business. How do you expect to compete with Uber with such horrible service?
