  • I only had a week before the 3yr. 36mile basic warranty on my 2012 Chevy Sonic was due to expire and I had a problem (the first, as this is a GREAT little city car) with the shifter. This service department got me right in, took me home so I didn't have to sit around all day, and diagnosed the problem (it needed a new shifter). They did the work under warranty with a smile and a good shuttle back to dealership. I got good coffee, a really lousy donut and a smiles all around. And they even washed the little Sonic for free! Great service department...I couldn't have asked for me. Gary in Sun City West, Az.
