If I could give 0 stars I would. Every customer service representative I have dealt with had seemed annoyed with the fact that they had to actually interact with a customer. I have not spoken with anyone who was actually helpful. The best window they were able to give me for a service call was between 7am and midnight. Any question I asked was met with condescension or dismissal. It must be nice to have a monopoly. If I had any other option I would pursue it immediately.
