  • I placed an order online to pick up copies shorty after. Ryan let me know that he was very busy and could not get to it until after 5pm. I drove to the store and asked if it was possible to transfer the order to another store close by, instead he scolded me and said he already told me he was busy and that he would get to it later in the day. He then printed out an order number and sent me To a different store, saying they can just print it there. I am standing in the other UPS store and they actually can't transfer orders, so now we are also making calls to cancel our order at the other store, because for some reason, Ryan is to busy to help us with that also. Go to the UPS store on the 101 and 59th ave, so much more helpful and walked us through the steps to get our print outs.
