  • Located in the rental car building away from the Las Vegas Airport. I rented here because of the great rates. Found a long line at arrival. There is a self help kiosk and regular help line. We switched from regular line to self help. You need your identification and credit card if you reserved. You can rent without reservation through kiosk. The identification needs to have a barcode or strip. Kiosk was quick. We proceeded to the garage. The process was incredibly disorganized. Not semblance of a line or clear instructions of how to get your car. We were told to arrange ourselves in a empty parking space as cars were being pulled up. Even when cars showed up still not clear. Had to ask and informed to take the car in order of the line. The car had a key copy without a remote. I thought nothing of it. Checked out the car at the exit booth. The exit booth was like that leaving a sold out concert. Moved decently quick. Partial zero emission was the mini SUV I checked out. Car handled mostly well. Brakes worked well. Clean was the car. The big issue I had with the copy key. I couldn't unlock and open the car doors without setting the alarm. Checkin of the car was as bit as disorganized as the check out. Overall okay experience.
