If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived early and told to come back in 3 hours, rooms not ready. That is fine, I understand. We come back and told to wait another hour. 'John' at the front counter said we have a bar/restaurant with specials. So we decide to grab some drinks.. We are advised there is no specials. We inform him the guy up front told us and he should clear this up. older guy running the bar did not care. Finally I go back inside to check if the room is ready. 'John' now tells me they are all out of the double bed queens we reserved over 2 months ago. He tries to have me go to there sister hotel, which was not close to what we needed.
'John' says he is the managers son. He is horrible with customer service. No eye contact, remarks under his breath to my mother.
I would stay far away from this hotel at all cost. The lady working the counter with him, 6 days into her job eventually meets us outside while booking another hotel. She tells us she is new and everyday she has had complaints. she even disagrees with the way they are handling the issues.
I am still fighting with the hotel and Expedia for my credit. UPDATE. Expedia was able to get me my full refund.
