  • Took my wife's new bike in today. It is a lower end bike from a big box store. I fully expected to have to adjust a few things. Usually I can make most adjustments myself. This time I just COULD NOT get the front derailleur to adjust. It would stay in 2, sometimes shift to 1, but never 3. After an hour of frustration I called these guys for help. They said $15 and bring it right in. I rode it over and as soon as I got there they asked if I was the guy that called and immediately put it on the rack. They adjusted the derailleur, looked over the bike and adjusted a couple other things for no charge! The tech simply said "I think that she will enjoy riding it a lot more now". Awesome service. Unlike most other shops who tell you how crappy your box store bike is they never talked down about her ride. Will definitely be back. When it's time to upgrade they will be my first stop. Thanks guys, you just earned a new customer!
