  • Worst office staff ever!!!! My doctor's office faxed my referral 5 times because they kept saying they never received. After a week of this, they call and leave a voice mail to schedule an appointment. I call back and they tell me they can't find my paperwork and to call back tomorrow. So I do, and I finally get an appointment. So I arrive at 7 in the morning only to find out the incompetent office staff, once again, can't find my referral! I am truly curious if being a complete idiot is a requirement to work there!
