  • I am SHOCKED at the attitude I received this clinic!!! I received a call from my daughter that a kitten was found at her work (Sun 8.2.15) and there were others up inside a car engine. They could not get the others out ( I guess until later that afternoon) but in the meantime I took the one kitten in.. fed him KMR through a syringe. Once the owner of the car was found and the kittens were removed.... I gave the kitten back to the person.. because he said he had the momma cat. I found out the next day he dropped them off at this clinic. My daughter had called and the staff had supposedly said... if there was a foster to take them and health pending... they could be released. I called the clinic on Tues 8.4.15 to try and obtain information and OMG you would have thought I was asking for their first born child. After finding out they had an eye infection and that I was NOT ALLOWED to speak to the DR on the phone and they would not answer any questions I had... I need to come down on Fri. OK... fine 8.7.15 at my 2 pm appt... we were put into a room and waited for a bit.. Suddenly a person walks in and says can I help you. I said I was waiting to talk to the vet (at which time I was interrupted with I AM THE VET) about the kittens. WELL OMG!!! you would have thought I just killed something. Dr Kern starts yelling at me saying... oh the cats who were brought on on SUN... and just thrown here.... at 10:30 at night. I need to look all over for goats milk to feed them. They have eye infections... and one has a UTI.... YOU want them... it will be $45 a kitten plus an office visit charge.. Take them... they are yours.. WTF.. I was dumbfounded. I dont know if she thought they were my kittens and I did this to them. I have no idea. She was literally raising her voice to me.. I walked out... I was only trying to help. I will say... If my animal was very ill... This IS THE LAST PLACE I WOULD TAKE THEM!!! I seriously have never had a business treat me this way!!! Like · Comment · 2 seconds ago · 1 Review ·
