  • Horrible service. They gave me a car with air conditioner broken. My car is getting fixed due to a car accident. I have 2 small daughters. They are drenched in sweat!! I'm in the process of trying to get a different car and they said "hertz in general doesn't have cars". What kind of business is this?!? Don't have enough cars? That's not my fault! You can't be giving out cars with broken A/C in a 110 degree weather !!! This ridiculous. I am beyond piss! My daughters have trouble breathing! You give give zero f**** about your clients.
