  • The service department sucks. We have a car with less than 13k miles on it. They would not cover it under warranty because of a small modification. They were trying to con us into paying $2,400 for tear down service to "see" if it would be covered under warranty. We drive a ford luckily the dealership across the street Lincoln has an excellent service department who's tear down service is less than half the price. It turned out that the issue with the vehicle was covered under warranty and they were able to fix it. I paid these crooks 130 for a diagnostic and paid LINCOLN nothing because it was covered under warranty.
