  • 30% California resident discount, made the Strip View (and pool view) room under $100 w tax. The room was really nice. The strip was off into the distance and nice for telephoto pictures, otherwise too small to really see anything. Room overlooks the large pool, cabanas, and stage. Soaking tub look into the room and view. Tv in the bathroom mirror. Nice large bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. Pillow top. Key inserts in the room to turn on lights or whatever. The Do Not Disturb is electronic. Parking wasn't a problem, West and East (casino) ends. Not much folks gambling around 9am. 14mi drive to Fremont Street, so you are off the beaten path. No fridge. Electronic monitored snack shelf, $8 for Smartwater, and other overpriced items for the convinence. Found some hairs on one of the chair. Avoided during stay. I'd return, if passing through and wanted to save some time closer to California. Otherwise you are far from the strip. No problems checking in or out. FYI, don't be too loud in your room's bathroom... If sitting in the stall, one can hear the shower next door. The bathrooms share common wall, the bathrooms are large, the sound echos off the tiles. The buffet will be reviewed under its own.
