  • We have been taking our cars and trucks to this location for nearly 20 years. They recently have changed hands and we just had a horrible experience. They have been doing oil changes on our 2012 GMC truck for three years. Today we take the same truck to them and now our truck "requires" synthetic oil. We called Liberty GMC and they said a synthetic blend is just fine. Before we could leave they took the truck inside and drained the oil. They said they are putting synthetic oil in the truck because of potential liability. That is ridiculous as they had previously used regular which would void manufacturers warranty and they would still be liable.
