Lion's den was sent out via our home warranty company to do a system flush on our water heater and to fix a leak in the piping under a bathroom sink. The technician was super nice and seemed knowledgeable and completed the work. Not 5 minutes after he left, the water heater started spraying at the water spigot. Water sprayed everywhere-- when a neighbor tried to close off the valve on the tank, the handle fell off! We no longer live there and were super grateful our neighbor noticed. It still caused water damage on the surrounding drywall and even my neighbor across the street texted me to ask if I knew there was water flowing out from the garage onto the sidewalk. *sigh* I called them back and they got right out there and put on a brass spigot. We are selling the house and all the repairs were complete and Lion's Den even paid to have a company come clean up/dry everything with fans for a few days and paint since there was visible drywall damage. I was pretty impressed and happy with their communication and how easy it was to work with them, even though the repairs they did were not actual repairs. Our buyers did the walk through and the water heater was leaking now and the bathroom piping was leaking too!!! WTH?! We called to get them out AGAIN but it was Saturday and they are closed...so we had to find another company asap which ended up going above and beyond with replacing the water heater and the piping in the bathroom and did it right the first time. Lion's Den has great customer service and deserves 5 stars for that...but the quality of work was frustrating and disappointing.
