If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. My family went to Tempe Paintball because my brother received a coupon for this establishment. In the first round, my father accidentally kept playing after he was shot. The instructor, Josh warned my father as he should but gave my dad a strike. To be honest, Josh the instructor talks way too fast for some people. It's his job to make sure everyone understand the rules and he failed at that simple task. Something about Josh irked me. Our second round was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and informative up until the last game (3rd game). Before the last game, we took a 10 minute break. During the break we noticed other players would leave the arena to fill up on paintball balls during their game. During my family's last game, my dad left the arena to fill up his gun. The same way other players would. When he lefty he arena, my father put the gun in the "loading room" before stepping out onto the "break room"(I'm using quotations because I'm new to paintball and I don't know the proper names for each room). Here is a little background on my dad. He is a safety manager for a large company and safety is on his mind at all times because he is in charge of multiple lives during his shift. The moment my dad left, Josh walked up to me and my family and said my dad is disqualified. Josh DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO NOTICE MY DAD LEFT THE PAINTBALL GUN IN THE LOADING ROOM. Josh said the following words "He MIGHT have brought the gun out and shot my employees with the paintball gun!" You're accusing my father of shooting people but you didn't accuse the other players who stepped out of the arena to fill up their guns. Do you want to know the only difference between my father and every other player? My dad is of middle eastern decent. Josh had no right to discriminate against my father. Josh's actions ruined the whole experience. If you want a racist instructor by all means play paintball here.
