  • I've been an elite member since 2010 when I lived in IL. This location is by far the nicest of all the Gold Level gyms I've been to. I talked to the general manager and he told me that the Tempe location was the first one in the valley and it was built to be a flagship model hence why it's the nicest and biggest in the valley as well, all for a Gold level price (previously a Bronze level so even cheaper) compared to North Scottsdale which is a Platinum Level gym and smaller. This place keeps on updating their equipment and remodeling to make it look nicer than it already is. This is the only gym I know of that has 5 not just 1 but 5 squat racks. That alone is worth the price for me.
