I really really like CycleBar!! The instructors are so motivating and even though I usually don't care for cardio, I find these classes to push me to my next level.
The music and vibe is fun, and inspiring. The program through the 50 minutes has enough variety to never let it get boring. About 35 min into the 50 minute class, you work on upper body strength with a weighted bar (hence, CycleBar) so you really do leave feeling like you got a great full body workout experience.
The instructors here are AMAZING. I love how great they are, they lead a class, they motivate us, they make me smile through the burn and I wish I had one on my shoulder coaching me in all steps of life! Holly is my favorite, she just has so much positivity its basically contagious.
My biggest concern here is the price. I just wish I could go 1-2x/week, but the rates are so steep. Luckily I'll buy a groupon here or there and most recently got 4 rides for $30 by making a donation to the American Heart Association

There is a good intro price for first riders -- I encouage anyone interested to check it out. If you are looking for a great high energy workout that boosts endorphins and burns away your food endulgences, you won't leave disappointed.
